Nestled in a safe, peaceful location at the heart of the Cotswolds, our holiday cottage is the perfect base for your family adventures. Whether you're spending your days exploring charming villages, walking local trails, or simply enjoying time together, you'll return each evening to comfort, space, and everything you need to feel right at home.

Parsons Barn is designed with families in mind. The large living room is the heart of the home, complete with a dining area big enough for everyone to gather, share meals, play games, or watch a film. Open the tri-fold doors to let the outside in or step out onto the private patio garden – perfect for a morning coffee or letting the kids and dog enjoy a safe, enclosed space.

You’ll find a well-equipped kitchen ready and waiting, with a large island perfect for prepping family meals together. The range cooker and Belfast sink add a touch of country charm, while the separate utility room with washing machine keeps things practical for longer stays.

After dinner, settle down with a movie – there’s full Sky TV in both the kitchen and living room – or spark some family competition with the Nintendo Switch (great for rainy afternoons or winding down before bed).

Upstairs, a galleried landing leads to three beautifully presented bedrooms:

• The master bedroom features a super king-size bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower.
• The second bedroom also has a super king-size bed, which can be set up as twin beds if needed – ideal for flexibility.
• The third bedroom has two single beds, perfect for younger guests or siblings.

A family bathroom with a large bathtub offers a peaceful soak after a busy day.

We know dogs are part of the family too – so your well-behaved four-legged friend is very welcome here. And with so many countryside walks and pet-friendly spots nearby, they’ll love it just as much as you do.
