Charlotte and Rich are familiar faces for those of you who have visited The Old Stocks Inn as the husband and wife combo who managed the property for the last 7 years. 

Their passion for luxury self-catering holidays began in 2016 when they got their first dog Ralph and travel options changed. They have a passion for excellent customer service, love recommending secret but amazing local places and look forward to helping you settle into life as a local during your stay. This is so often missing from a self-catering holiday and they believe that self-catering should be self-indulgent. 

The perfect holiday home should come with all the extras added and a friendly face to welcome you before, during and after your stay. Over the last 12 months, they have worked to bring Tucked Away to life and look forward to growing the number of cottages over the coming years. 

Jim is part of the family that owns The Old Stocks Inn and has been working to develop the business since 2014.  As a Dad of four, Jim enjoys action-packed family holidays that the kids love but also understand what little touches can take a holiday home from functional to memorable. 

Being able to relax in an environment knowing the kids are all tucked up safely in bed really matters to Jim. So who is better placed to recommend those properties that tick all the boxes for family holidays as well as great days out that won't be forgotten in a hurry.

He has three boys and a girl in the family so knows a little about high rope courses and unicorn rides! He's into his technology and likes to try and bring a little bit of surprise to each cottage but without all the complicated wires. 

When not helping customers of Tucked Away and The Old Stocks he and his wife Caroline are big foodies and love taking the family out for new experiences. He can also be found on the side of a cricket pitch for most of the summer helping the boys to play in local and school teams.
